Scott was an amazing host. He was very attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The place was excellent. It truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, peaceful, and very pleasant, with a relaxing environment that made it easy to feel comfortable right away. You can tell Scott has done a great job creating a space that feels welcoming and well cared for. The location was also great, close enough to enjoy San Diego and Pacific Beach, but still quiet and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay, and whenever I come back to San Diego, this will definitely be one of my first options.

We had a wonderful stay at Scott's place! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the apartment was spotless. Great location, a short walk to the beach and great restaurants nearby.

Had an amazing stay here! The place was super clean felt brand new, and all the appliances were awesome. They also had so many beach supplies, which made everything really easy and convenient. The location was perfect, super walkable to downtown with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We also felt really safe staying here because of all the locks and separate doors to the property. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

The studio I stayed in was perfect for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything one needed for a 2-night stay. Also, having a reserved parking spot was a bonus.

Was our first time renting an Airbnb. This place was comfy and cozy and suited exactly what we needed. We will be coming back and this would be the location that we would book. Scott was great at responding. Everything was very seamless and was exactly how it was listed.

This Air Bnb was in a great location! Many things are in walking distance including the beach. It was also clean and cozy. I’d stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

We stayed at the apartment for a week and everything was great. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is spacious, and the dressing room has plenty of storage (there are also beach chairs and other very useful accessories). In terms of amenities, a 10. The only thing worth noting is the soundproofing of the complex. We slept well every night except the last one: some new neighbors moved in that same night and it was horrendous. They had music playing until midnight, I went down to ask them to turn it off, and at 3 a.m. they woke us up again talking loudly — you could hear absolutely everything. Other than that, a great stay. I recommend it!
